Campsite Policies & Guidelines – What You Need to Know

Campsite Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit: A $150 credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation.

  • Campsite Cancellations: Cancel 15+ days before arrival for a refund (minus a $15 handling fee).

  • Monthly reservations must be canceled 30+ days in advance for a refund (minus a $15 handling fee).

Campsite Guidelines

  • Maximum of six (6) people per site.

  • Rates include two (2) people. Additional guests are $5 per child and $10 per adult (18 years and older) per night. Children three (3) years of age and under are free.

  • Only one camping unit is allowed per site. A small tent for minor children is permitted when there are no more than two adults on the site.

  • Group Camping: Groups of 4+ sites require approval. Visitors are limited to 2 guests per site, per day.

  • Pets: Quiet, domestic pets must be on a leash, never left unattended, and cleaned up after.

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 21+ years old to reserve a campsite.

Nightly rates include 2 people per site. Additional guests: $5 per child, $10 per adult (18+). Children 3 and under stay free. 

* Holiday rates apply on May 23-25, July 1-5, and August 29-31.

Camper Rental Deposits & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit for Same-Year Reservations: A 50% deposit of the total reservation is due at the time of booking.

  • Camper Rental Cancellations: Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a refund (minus a $30 handling fee).

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

Camper Rental Guidelines

  • Occupancy Limits: Rental occupancy must not exceed the approved number of guests at the time of booking.

  • Smoking & Pet Policy: No smoking or pets are allowed inside rental units. A $750 fee will be charged if violated.

  • Age Requirement: The renter must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the unit throughout the rental period.
